CTTLC (Chia Tai Semiconductor Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2020 as a semiconductor company built on upstream silicon wafer and silicon carbide (SiC) wafer materials, dedicated to power device circuit development and wafer foundry services.
In addition to supplying silicon wafer and SiC wafer materials, CTTLC has developed a full series of solar protection diodes, MOSFETs and IGBTs built on silicon wafers. The company has also moved early into third-generation semiconductor materials and devices, including SiC JBS diodes and SiC MOSFETs, and provides matched, optimized designs for customers' specific system and application requirements.
To better serve customers and markets, the company partnered with Shanghai Siliconite Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (SSLC) in 2021 to jointly develop and serve the China market, while actively expanding its products and business in Japan, Korea, Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
